Welcome to Yarkuwa
Yarkuwa is a Traditional Owner organisation based in the town of Deniliquin in the Riverina Region of New South Wales.
It was formed in 2003 to ensure traditional owner knowledge was preserved in future generations.

Opening and Reflecting
Yarkuwa Opening / Reflecting
On Wednesday 21st of May, 2025 the Yarkuwa celebrated the opening of their brand new Cultural Centre. Aunty Jenny Crew welcomed visitors and participants to Wamba Wamba country and cut the ribbon in front of 150 local community residents and conference attendees.
