While Hercus did not add 'Panggəl' To the Wamba Wamba Dictionary she did list it in the VLaLS on page 252 along with entries from other Victorian Languages. It was likely that this admission was an error.

Vowels: 'a' as in 'path', 'ə' as in 'the'.
Consonant combination: 'ng' (velar-nasal) combine 'n' and 'g' while back of tongue touches soft palate plus nasal vibration.
